Who do I contact if I have general questions or a question about my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Ravenecy allows returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. All returned items must be unused, undamaged and unwashed with all tags attached. The return is made by the customer. To do this, please fill out this form .

If Ravenecy determines that products are not in their original condition, no refund or exchange will be issued and the items will be sent back to you.

We're sorry if we made a mistake packing your order and you received the wrong item as a result. In this case, please send an email to info@ravenecy.com and our customer service will then take care of returning the wrong item and shipping the item you want.
